Driving Directions

Midway between Orlando and Tampa the park is located less than 60 minutes from both metro areas in Winter Haven. Cypress Gardens is off U.S. Highway 27 south of Interstate 4.

From Orlando: 1-4 WEST to exit 55 (U.S. Hwy 27 SOUTH). Continue South on U.S. Hwy. 27. Turn right off U.S. Highway 27 at State Road 540/Cypress Gardens Boulevard. Park is 4 miles on the left.

From Tampa: Take 1-4 EAST to Exit 27. Take Polk County Parkway for 12 miles. Take Winter Haven exit (2nd Toll Booth) at S.R. 540. Take S.R. 540 eight miles to Hwy 17 North. Take Hwy 17 North two miles over the bridge to first light and turn right. Park is on the right at Kehoe Way behind the Cypress Gardens entrance sign.

What is Cypress Gardens?

A family oriented theme park featuring over 40 rides, the historic botanical gardens, Splash Island Water Park, the famous Cypress Gardens Water Ski show, concerts by some of yesterday and today's favorite musical artists, animal exhibit's, entertaining show's and much more.

Do you offer rain checks for bad weather days?

No, we do not offer rain checks but we do offer a second day free for all regular and group admissions. Second day free isn not available for complimentary or school group tickets.
